District 279 Foundation Grantee Report
The grantee report is due 30 days after the project is completed. This report is the primary tool for measuring the impact of the programs supported by District 279 Foundation. Failure to submit a report will result in no further issuing of grants to the grant writer until it is received.

Prepare the report components:
a) Questions - review the grantee report information and prepare responses prior to starting the report.
b) Digital photographs - gather a digital photograph of the student(s) and/or the grant writer participating in the activities described in the project to attach below.
c) Budget with Actual Expense – compile the actual expenses on the budget form that was submitted with the application to attach below.

Tips:
 The report cannot be started and saved for completion later. Preview the report questions, prepare the answers and paste them into the online form.
 Gather electronic photos prior to starting the report.
 Compile the actual expenses on the budget form that was originally submitted with the application.
