Pets 2 the Rescue

Pets Want to Help, Too!

What is Pets 2 the Rescue?

Pets 2 the Rescue is an annual virtual run/walk/bike event to raise funds for non-profit animal shelters and pet adoption agencies across the US. #Pets2theRescue

140 shelters and pet adoption agencies are participating (and still increasing daily).

More than 550 walkers/runners/cyclists have registered (and increasing hourly)

See the Pets 2 the Rescue Media Release (May 13, 2020) for information on Pets 2 the Rescue

During this time of economic stress, shelter donations are down and shelter fundraisers are cancelled, but the needs of dogs and cats across the country are as great as ever. The shelters/agencies can treat Pets 2 the Rescue as their own fundraising event.

Why should you participate? Your registration helps less fortunate animals in shelters and foster homes until they, too can find their forever home. As you register you select the participating shelter that will receive 100% of your $10 registration fee. (You can choose to make an additional donation to one or more shelters as well.)

Dogs and cats want to help. Dogs want to run to help pets in need. Cats don’t do much, but they want to help, too.
