9) Begin Tariff Hearing

10) Discussion – The lowering of the speed limit in Rainbow Bend to 15 miles per hour throughout the entire community.

11) Public Comments – Regarding the lowering of the speed limit.

12) Action – Board votes to approve the lowering of the speed limit to 15 miles per hour in Rainbow Bend.

13) End Tariff Hearing

14) Discussion/Action – Correspondence written to Board Members.

15) Staff Report – Management & staff will give report on status of daily operations.
