Our 20^th retreat will guide its participants into the meaning of Jesus’ last spoken words and how we are to follow him. What is our “Spirit”? How do you “Commit” your spirit to the Father? Why do we need to commit our spirits into the loving hands of our Father?

Our outstanding speakers are energetic, passionate, engaging and spirit filled. They are called by God to strengthen the souls and minds of our youth trying to survive in a morally toxic culture while inviting them to a real and personal relationship with Jesus, ever present in the Blessed Sacrament. They have committed their spirits into the hand of God and want to guide your youth to do the same! A great way to launch the Year of the Eucharist!

Please let your youth know what waits for them at Source + Summit 2022, what they will find… Friends…Fun…Truth…and most importantly a changed life that is lived anchored in love with God and His Church!!  If a member of your youth group or religious education class has experienced this life changing retreat encourage them to share this with their peers.

‘My name is Holly Bittner. I am the 21year old daughter of Eric and Lisa Bittner of Haubstadt, IN. I attended Source + Summit the earliest age that I could be a participant, which was my 7th grade year. That year I left the retreat with my heart set on fire for Christ and a whole new love for God. I wasn't able to attend my 8th grade year due to a very important, (so it seemed to be at the time), 5-hour long travel basketball practice. Six years, later I can still recall being at practice, and knowing in my heart that the gym wasn't where I was supposed to be. From 7th grade to my freshman year in high school were the hardest years of my life. I would have never dreamt of what had occurred would really happen to not only myself but to my family as well. But because of God's love and Our Heavenly Mother’s grace that she had shown me my 7th grade year, I was able to pull from my faith what Source + Summit had taught me at the age of 13.  That Faith carried myself and my family through that difficult time.

Looking back, 10 years later, I have been able to be a part of the TEAM for 4 years. My first year working on the Source + Summit TEAM, I gave a witness talk to over 300 participants and volunteers on God's Mercy, Love, and Forgiveness. I am currently reaching out to others on behalf of the Source + Summit team to promote the retreat to the youth. Last year, we had over 650 participants and volunteers and this year our goal is to reach over 700! I cannot help but to want as many as possible to experience the life changing weekend that I had.”

	Saturday – 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM – Drop off / Pick up – Main Gym Door.

	Closing Mass - 10:30 AM
Cost	$45 Due March 18 - fee waived for those in need
	Catechists, PCL’s, Youth Ministers - No charge
	After March 18 - $55.

	FAQ
	Do my youth need a chaperone?
	Yes.  If your youth are under the age of 18 you will need one adult (21 or older) for every 10 youth.   Your chaperones can tag team and also share the cost.
	Do I need to attend?
	NO!  It is a blessing for anyone who attends but we realize that you cannot be at every event that is offered to your youth.  They will need a chaperone.
	Are there overnight accommodations?
	No, unfortunately not this year.  Please contact a nearby parish and see if they could accommodate you or call Kathy Smith 812-453-1024 for Hotel Recommendations.
	How do I register a group?
	Simply collect all forms and fees and make sure all forms are completed and signed. All adults must also have a complete form with a registration fee. Youth ministers and DRE’s are not charged a fee.   Please fill in the Google form Source + Summit 2022 Google Registration Form and send to mshetler@evdio.org.
