Your contract is finished and is being reviewed by the Town attorney.  I should have it back next week sometime and will email you a copy for your signature.  I received your deposit check today but still need your certificate of insurance and your festival plan and map which needs to address items such as the tent location, trailer location, times of trailer drop-off and pick-up, festival attendee outreach regarding parking and camping (brochures are attached for your reference and dissemination), etc.  We really need you to increase your participant outreach this year in regards to parking and camping.  For parking I really need you to educate your participants that the park parking lot isn’t for them.  Your participants should be parking outside the park (a Town of Telluride parking map is attached) and should be walking, riding their bikes, or taking public transportation to the park.  In regards to camping your participants need to know that the campground doesn’t accept reservations, it’s a first come, first served system; we only have 33 sites and historically a number of baseball festival participants who would like to camp with us don’t find a spot due to how busy it is or the fact that we have limited RV sites; our recommended maximum length of all vehicles (truck and trailer, etc.) is 30 feet; we do not have hookups, list our rates ($17-$30/night); and no wood fires are permitted.  I have also included a regional camping brochure so you can update all your camping information.  Please put space between each campground and clean up that page.  Let me know if you have any questions.
