WATERMELON SMOOTHIE: (Serves 2-3)

2 cups watermelon chunks, seeded

1 cup crushed ice

½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

½ teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon almond extract

Sugar to taste

 

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth; about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
