CPHS Cheer Bow Order Form

It's time to order bows for the 2020/2021 season!

NEW ATHLETES: Y'all are required to order ALL 3 colors of bows: WHITE, GREEN, & PINK.

RETURNING ATHLETES: Please make sure you have ALL 3 colors and your bows are in good condition ESPECIALLY your WHITE bow since we use the WHITE bow for our competition team.

All orders must be received by Sunday, June 28, 2020. Any order received after the 28th, will not be processed.

Cost:

$7 each bow
