Preferred oral method:

2 tabs methylprednisolone 32 mg, 12 and 2 hours prior to exam. No Benadryl.

Preferred IV method:

Hydrocortisone 200 mg, 2 doses 4 hours apart. Plus, 50 mg IV Benadryl with last dose. Wait one hour to scan after last dose.
